Order Cancellation Policy

  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, or if the 36-hour window has passed, cancellation is no longer available.

In such cases, customers may wait for delivery and follow the return process for any refunds or exchanges.

  • Reason for cancellation

Requests must be submitted within the eligible cancellation timeframe to be considered.

If the request meets the cancellation conditions, the order will be canceled promptly and a confirmation email will be sent.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days using the original payment method.
