Processing Cut-Off Time:

• Orders placed before 5:30 PM will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 5:30 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details.

6. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation within 36 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not entered processing or shipment.

• If the order has already been processed or shipped, or if the 36-hour period has passed, cancellation is no longer available.
